Membership Terms

June 2024

Hi, and welcome to the membership terms of The HoLT!

The HoLT is a membership community provided by The House of LT Limited (we’ll refer to ourselves as ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’). These Membership Terms apply to all members of The HoLT and where we refer to ‘you’ and ‘your’, we’re talking about the individual member of The HoLT.

Please excuse the formalities of these Membership Terms, but they are legally binding and important after all!

We’re an inclusive bunch at The HoLT, so if you need these Membership Terms in another format (such as audio, large print, or braille), please just let us know by emailing us at team@the-holt.com

We may make changes to these Membership Terms at any time, such as adding, amending or removing terms. We may not always advise you when changes have been made, so please check from time to time.

If you do not wish to be legally bound by any of these Membership Terms, please let us know so we can cancel your membership.

(b) after the first 3 years of your Lifetime Membership, no refund will be issued.

6.4. You may request to cancel your Lifetime Membership and revert to standard Membership at any time. However, no refund will be issued for doing so under any circumstances.

6. Membership Fee

6.1. You will pay the Membership Fee by direct debit.

6.2. Where the Membership Fee is paid monthly, this will be paid in advance and must be received by us prior to the start of the new month.

7.4. We will not be liable for any losses you suffer or incur by reason of any delay or failure to provide any of the Features caused by any event outside our control. 9. End of Membership

9.1 At the end of your Membership, whether ended by us or cancelled/not renewed by you, you will immediately lose access to the Platform and your right to access any of the Features will immediately end, including any bonus Features offered with your membership such as the 30-min 1-1 for annual members.
